⌳ Background
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Biomedical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, specializing in electromagnetics and neural signals, and minoring in dance. Post-graduation, I dedicated several years to the aerospace sector, designing hardware for military communications satellites and training Navy engineers how to build electro-optical sensors and laser transmitters for F-18 systems.
For 9 years, I coached beach volleyball to teens and adults of all skill levels, further strengthening my instructional skills. Concurrently, I held the position of a Math & Science Teacher/Mentor at a distinguished one-to-one private school in Southern California, where I taught 25 unique courses including Introduction to Engineering. My contributions in the school's early stages extended beyond the classroom, as I designed curricula that played a pivotal role in their growth from a mid-sized startup to a successful institution with over 80 campuses nationwide. I’ve tutored attendees of virtual schools such as Stanford Online High School & Laurel Springs, as well as local schools like Chadwick & Harvard Westlake.
